Should men accused of sex attacks be granted anonymity?

Graham Stewart takes your calls following John Leslie's ordeal, after he was cleared of indecent assault. Plus: How important is it that future generations remember the War?

John Leslie has learned that he won't face police action over fresh allegations of rape, but after being cleared of indecent assault charges only a few years ago is it fair his name's been dragged through the mud yet again? Do we need to change the way we deal with cases of rape and serious sexual assault? Or is it important that the police and court proceedings are as open and transparent as possible? If we name people investigated or charged with murder, why should this be any different?

Plus: How important is it that future generations remember the War?

The second phase of a national project to get youngsters recording the memories of war veterans is launched in Aberdeen today. But with fewer and fewer veterans alive to pass on their stories, is there a danger future generations will simply forget? And how important is it that we know our history anyway? Should we be more sensitive to the times we live in now and concentrate on teaching schoolchildren about more recent conflicts such as those in Iraq and the former Yugoslavia?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
