Series following the work of the Thames River Police. As the Thames runs right into the heart of London and is vulnerable to attack, the River Police must keep the capital safe from terrorists.

With the city on high alert and swamped with summer tourists, the police are on the lookout for anyone suspicious. Spotting a terrorist from a tourist, however, is extremely difficult among many thousands of visitors.
