After a frantic weekend where 64 gold medals were decided, the pace is more subdued on day 10. Only 18 golds are at stake, including two at the sailing regatta in Qingdao. Athens silver medallists Nick Roger and Joe Glanfield are expected to be in contention in the men's 470, while in the women's 470, British hopes rest with Christina Bassadone and Saskia Clark.
Flatwater canoeing begins on the Shunyi rowing lake, an hour's drive north-east of Beijing. Sydney bronze medallist and current world and European champion Tim Brabants is in action in the heats of the K1 1000m.
Including a full round-up of all the overnight action and stories with a look forward to the rest of the day's competition, alongside analysis, features and interviews with the key figures making the headlines.
