In athletics, it is the decathlon 400m, as well as the men's triple jump finals and round one of the women's 4x100.
It is the final competition at Sha Tin racehorse in Hong Kong, the individual show jumping title. Great Britain have never won individual gold, in fact our last medal was silver for Ann Moore riding Pslam in 1972.
