Also including highlights of the women's basketball finals. Four years ago, USA beat Australia 74-63 to win the gold, with the bronze going to Russia after a 71-62 defeat of Brazil.

It is 20 years since that golden moment in Seoul when Great Britain won the gold for hockey. It is unlikely that team GB will feature this time, but opponents Germany are now ranked world number one. Reigning Olympics champions Australia are number two, with Athens runners up Netherlands at number three.

In table-tennis it is the men's singles finals, and the favourite is China's Wang Liqin, world champion and bronze medallist four years ago.

Also including the women's vollyball final. Four years ago, China ended a run of Cuban domination and beat Russia in five sets.
