The heat is on as Chris heads to the bright lights of London to work in the demanding Michelin-starred kitchen of renowned chef Richard Corrigan. Notorious for his hot temper, Richard Corrigan is definitely a man you don't want to get on the wrong side of - but that is exactly what Chris does when he clocks in late on his first morning. Expect sparks to fly as our young chef gets a roasting he won't forget.
