All eyes are on former colleagues Sir Alex Ferguson and Paul Ince as Manchester United tackle Blackburn Rovers at Elwood Park, while Arsenal hopes to maintain its unbroken run of victories against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
Elsewhere, West Bromwich Albion clash with Fulham, Wigan Athletic take on Middlesbrough and, in the Championship, Birmingham tackle QPR.
Also previewed is Hamilton's battle with SPL champions Celtic.
