Following Britain's most successful Olympic haul in 100 years, Olympic and Paralympic medal winners, including Chris Hoy, Rebecca Adlington, Ben Ainslie, Christine Ohuruogu, Darren Kenny and Eleanor Simmonds, join hundreds of their teammates in a colourful parade through the streets of London, meeting thousands of cheering fans along the way and climaxing with a grand celebration in a packed Trafalgar Square.
