John Inverdale presents coverage as world champions South Africa and Six Nations Grand Slam winners Wales meet in a major clash at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Wales could hardly have a tougher start to their autumn campaign, facing a Springbok side which beat them twice in June. That gave South Africa's new coach Peter de Villiers a winning start, but this time Wales will at least enjoy home advantage against the team that won the World Cup for a second time last year.
