Consumer stories with Lucy and Rhodri Owen, investigating a holidays, the small print on cleaning products and a sat nav that has a lorry driver going round in circles.

All of Wales' best consumer stories, with Lucy and Rhodri Owen.

One holiday company claims that its holidays are built with you in mind. So when the Whelan family booked a holiday specifically to suit their disabled daughter Jade, why did it go so badly wrong?

For many people, affording a holiday this year may seem unlikely. So Lucy has been testing out some unexpected ways to have a holiday which won't cost as much as you would expect.

Gwyn and Laurie Spooner from Aberbargoed were delighted to find a new cleaner that would do justice to their American fridge freezer, but when a brand of cleaner removed the gloss from the stainless steel they were not happy at all. Rhodri sets out to discover just how much notice you should take of the small print when you buy your cleaning products.

Stephen Kalter is pretty used to finding his way around, after all he is a freelance lorry driver. He thought that investing in a German satnav would help him but, as Jessie disocovered, it has left him going round in circles.
