Ric brings his Zero Tolerance policy into play, refusing to allow Connie to treat an overweight patient. But when Jayne sides with Connie, Ric is forced to admit defeat.
Meanwhile, Annalese's suspicion of Michael grows when he catches Michael on the phone. Who is he calling?
After a heavy night out with the girls, Tom fudges his research for Ric and thinks he has got away with it. And Elliot still has misgivings about Martha's husband Ben, who is diagnosed with sarcoidosis and needs an operation.
