Did the G20 achieve anything?
Graham Stewart asks if the G20 has brought an end to the era of wreckless bankers, rich men's tax havens and failed regulators.
Leaders of the world's largest economies have reached an agreement to tackle the global financial crisis with measures worth $1.1 trillion. The package includes stricter controls on bankers' pay and bonuses, sanctions against secretive tax havens and tougher global financial regulation.
