Social experiment in which five single mums from all over Britain move into a large Somerset mansion with their kids for a month and are joined by five single fathers and their children. Will the single mums find out if communal living with men is better than living on their own?

Richard is confronted by a pile of bills he cannot pay, whilst Leigh and Sam find it hard coming to terms with only seeing their kids at the weekend.
Rikki and Emily decide that sharing a flat together will give them both the compansionship and childcare they need, and Jon decides to set up a support group for other single dads.
Simone finds going home the hardest, as she has to try and persuade Izak's dad to see him for the first time in ten years.
