Episode 3
Twenty contenders are reduced to eight. The judges want to know if the teen speakers can think on their feet and speak off the cuff, having proved they can make a prepared speech.
The twenty teenagers who impressed the judges at the regional auditions have their communication skills tested to the limit, but only eight will make it through to the next round of the contest.
The speakers have proved they can make a prepared speech, but judges Jo Brand, performance expert Jeremy Stockwell and international motivational speaker John Amaechi want to know if they can think on their feet and speak off the cuff.
Dragons' Den entrepreneur Deborah Meaden mentors the teenagers in the art of conviction and challenges them to perform at Speakers' Corner in London's Hyde Park. It is a tough set of tasks, and only the best speakers will make it.
