Tom is honest with his dad, and makes a confession to Ric before leaving Holby. Mark feels pushed out by Daisha and her sister, and Joseph discovers a secret.
Tom's dad asks Ric to give Tom a second chance, before being critically injured in a road accident. Tom can no longer control his feelings, and he finally tells the truth about his relationship with Ric's son Leo, and the real reason behind his death.
When baby Joe is rushed into the middle of a manic shift on AAU, Daisha realises she can never manage without Lalaine's help.
Joseph has to be firm with his sister Sophia when she tries to persuade Faye to change her mind about their wedding plans.
