A recession-busting special in which Graham Stewart highlights businesses defying the downturn.

Graham Stewart talks to the people behind a range of Scottish companies which are growing their companies despite the recession.

One enterprise which has been growing fast since floating just four years ago is Galashiels-based drugs company Pro-Strakan. Its chief executive, Dr Wilson Totten, tells us about his company's innovative products, including a skin patch used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy.

Steve Remp, chairman of Aberdeen-based Ramco Energy, reveals how he turned-around his energy investment business from the brink of collapse and is finding new opportunities in Iraq and renewables.

On the small business front, Inez Murray from Four Seasons Nurseries and Satomi Newham from sushi suppliers Bento Box share their positive outlook.

And there's an inspiring tale for all would-be entrepreneurs from Sandra McClumpha, who started out her working life as a hairdresser but has since developed into one of Scotland's top entrepreneurs after paying 拢10m to buy the rights to the fake tanning brand, Fake Bake.
