What was meant to be a simple renovation has turned into a nightmare leaving the family using a bedroom for a lounge and their two-year-old son has to make do with sleeping in what should be the lounge but is not much more than a building site. The mission is to renovate this disaster into a fit for purpose lounge/diner. Julia Kendell's design offers a modern alternative for a wall finish and a funky way to display family photos on the wall.
