Louise Fryer presents Haydn's String Quartets, Op 20, Nos 1 and 4 in recordings by Quatuor Mosaiques, plus leading performing groups from Austria.

Louise Fryer is helped by two of Britain's leading chamber musicians, Peter Cropper and Simon Rowland-Jones, to present a season of Haydn String Quartets. Including the Opus 20 set - considered to have virtually defined the genre - which has been specially recorded by the Quatuor Mosaiques.

Plus a focus on some of Austria's pre-eminent performing groups.
