Liverpool host Tottenham at Anfield, hoping to avenge November's 2-1 reverse at White Hart Lane, while Newcastle's turbulent season ends with a visit to Aston Villa. Chelsea make the trip north to face Sunderland, with Middlesbrough heading in the opposite direction to play West Ham. After an encouraging first full season under Roy Hodgson, Fulham will want to end on a high when they host Everton.

Elsewhere, Blackburn face West Brom, Manchester City take on Bolton, and Wigan meet Portsmouth. Plus there's a chance to enter the Goal of the Season competition.
