Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury head for the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall where they find out what it takes to become an RNLI lifeguard. They walk a section of the South West Coast Path and meet up with the biologists returning to the area 30 years after they embarked on an in-depth wildlife study to see how things have changed.

John Craven investigates whether killing badgers is the only way to prevent the spread of TB in cattle and, down on the farm, Adam builds up his herd of Gloucester Old Spot pigs so he can supply his local butcher.

Plus, the man on a mission to protect harbour seals and Katie Knapman's on a walk with a difference - it's for bird-watchers.
