Michael Berkeley's guest is award-winning theatrical designer Richard Hudson, who won international acclaim for his imaginative and visually stunning designs for Disney's The Lion King. He has worked at most of the world's great opera houses on a wide range of operas - from Handel to Judith Weir.

Richard was born in Zimbabwe, and his musical passions range from the South African national anthem Nkosi sekelele Africa to Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Cole Porter.
