Langley-Beatham
Series in which people raise money by selling belongings. Retiree Marilyn Langley-Beatham hopes to clear out her house and raise cash for a holiday to Portugal.
In the second series of this information-packed show, people set out to raise money both for themselves and for a chosen charity by clearing their homes of clutter and selling on unwanted items for cash. Presenter Lorne Spicer is on hand with a team of experts to ensure nothing gets thrown away and everything of value is rescued, recycled, refurbished and resold.
The team is in East Grinstead, Surrey to meet retiree Marilyn Langley-Beatham. Now that her four children have moved out, Marilyn lives with her husband Jonathan in their clutter-filled house. Marilyn has decided that enough is enough and is hoping to sell off all her unwanted junk in order to raise some spending money for her holiday to Portugal.
