Is Glasgow Scotland's unloved city?

With the leader of Glasgow City Council attacking the Scottish Government's decision to cancel the Glasgow Airport Rail Link, Graham Stewart asks if there's an anti-Glasgow bias.

The leader of the city council says the Scottish Government's decision to cancel the Glasgow Airport Rail Link is a "dagger in the heart" of the local economy. Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
