Donal MacIntyre with reports on black market sperm donors and the English Defence League while reporter Phil Kemp travels to the fraud capital of Britain.

There is a now a 'black market' for sperm donors in Britain. Our report reveals an online community of sperm donors and prospective mothers coming to convenient arrangements, without the help of doctors and nurses. Some of them conceived artificially, some conceive naturally, all of them do so as they feel the regulated system does not cater for them.

Phil Kemp travels to the northeast to the town of Shildon, recently labelled the fraud capital of Britain. Rather than find a town rife with credit card crime and bonus cheats, he reveals it's all down to a single address, which has received delivery of over 拢1m of flat screen TVs, iPods, mobile phones etc bought with stolen credit cards.

Allan Urry talks about his investigation into the English Defence League and other far right fringe groups involved in recent demonstrations in Luton, Birmingham and Harrow. He explains their beliefs and their relationship with various football hooligan firms.
