Nigel Ogden presents a programme of popular organ recordings with some entertaining pieces from the organ world.

Music from the silver screen this week, always fairly appropriate bearing in mind that all the instruments we're about to hear this evening spent a good deal of time in between the films entertaining the patrons of various cinemas both here in the UK and, in a couple of cases as far as tonight's programme is concerned, the USA. In particular we hear one of the finest Wurlitzers in the country that lived in the Paramount, later the Odeon cinema in Leeds and one of our finest organists, sadly no longer with us, Bryan Rodwell.
