Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti gets his first taste of the Blues' rivalry with Liverpool when Rafa Benitez's side visit Stamford Bridge on Sunday. The last two meetings, in an unforgettable Champions League quarter-final tie last season, have produced 12 goals.
Among Saturday's games, Steve Bruce takes his Sunderland side to Old Trafford to face Manchester United. Bruce is the third consecutive Black Cats manager to have formerly had close ties with United but neither of the previous two, Roy Keane and Ricky Sbragia, managed to earn so much as a point against Sir Alex Ferguson's side during their spells in charge on Wearside.
