The Communication Workers Union says Royal Mail's decision to hire up to 30,000 temporary workers is "a stupid move".

On the back of the announcement of extra temporary workers and ahead of this week's strikes, Stephen asks if people have sympathy for striking posties. We hear from the Employment Minister, Jim Knight. Reaction to a childbirth expert's comments that men shouldn't be at the birth of their children.
