Are bankers' bonuses back? Plus, Disney's head of products talks about buying Marvel.

Presented by Graham Stewart.

As banks on both sides of the Atlantic set aside huge staff bonuses, Graham asks whether the industry has learned anything from the financial crisis? Brooke Masters from the Financial Times and David Green, former head of international policy at the Financial Services Authority, give us their analysis.

Laura Maciver reports from Strathclyde University's annual graduate fair to find out what the prospects are for students entering a depressed job market.

And following Disney's $4bn takeover of Marvel Entertainment, Douglas Fraser speaks to the Scot who's responsible for merchandising the brands: Andy Mooney, chairman of Disney Consumer Products.
