Matt Baker and Julia Bradbury head to Northumberland to find out about Alnwick Castle's connection with Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot as well as getting tips on building a wildlife-friendly bonfire. They also smoke fish and lend a hand to harvest this year's honey.
