This week it was decided that the DNA of innocent people arrested in England and Wales should be held for no longer than six years. We discuss the dilemma of crime-solving versus the rights of innocent people.

And, two weeks after the deadline by which the Student Loans Company should have processed all applications, thousands of students are still waiting for their cash.
