Should the double jeopardy rule be lifted?
Graham Stewart takes your calls on Scottish Government proposals to allow criminals to be tried a second time.
The justice secretary says he'd be happy to see people who're cleared of a crime being tried a second time, so long as compelling new evidence comes to light. Would a change in the law see justice done for families? Or would it be against natural justice to have, perhaps innocent people, being hauled through the courts more than once? Have you been accused of a crime you didn't commit?
