We welcome Steve's new favourite band 'Standard Fare' into the hot seat to see what they're planning for 2010. There'll be another band manager down the line to tell us what's what in our Good Day Bad Day special. Today we speak with Tav, manager of Ash and Chapel Club. Lammo will also be chatting with film expert Ambrose Heron about the use of film dialogue in songs. Plus Steve will be russelling up another lost nugget of brilliantness in the form of Lammo's lost 45 and as ever we'll be setting the 6music listeners the task of deciding today's national anthem.
