Twenty-five years later, Gerry Anderson joins thousands of people gathered at a west of Ireland religious shrine in expectation of seeing a vision of the Virgin Mary. Is Ireland suffering a 'kind of collective nervous breakdown' or does it need magical visions to make sense of difficult times?
