Jacey Normand gets an insight into the exhausting world of one of the busiest mountain rescue teams in the country. The Langdale Ambleside Mountain Rescue team has worked flat out through the Cumbrian floods and one of the coldest winters on record. We join them as they battle in darkness to save the life of an injured fell walker.
Plus, the team meets a saxophonist who plays in the tunnels of Manchester at night - because of the great acoustics...
