Lauren is joined by Brooklyn band Freelance Whales for their first ever session on UK radio.

Freelance Whales join Lauren for a live session. The hugely tipped Brooklyn band are in the UK playing live for the first time and play their very first live UK radio session today. A mixture of Sufjan Stevens and the Postal Service, their dreamy sound is winning them plaudits back in the US and now over here.

Plus Workers Playtime, a 30 minute digital black hole to aid workers through the mid morning slump featuring MPFrees, the Headphone Moment and listener artwork. .
