Wednesday - Sara embraces the yoga ball

Sara Cox sits in for Fearne Cotton with Radio 1's Live Lounge.

Sara芒聙聶s back has been playing up a bit so today芒聙聶s show was presented entirely on a yoga ball which is like a giant beach ball. If you hear any farting noises, Sara is keen to stress that it was the rubber ball and not her.

We link up with the Sport Relief Team and try and find some funny/motivating messages to flash up on the big LED scroller on the support car in front of Davina as she cycles through the midlands. Most of the messages were too rude to use but thanks anyway!

And Sara has to talk for a minute about toilet paper in her non-award winning feature 芒聙聵It Only Takes A Minute Girl芒聙聶.
