Live from Snowdon as Kate Silverton and Major Phil Packer prepare to complete their 3 Peaks Challenge for Sport Relief.

Kate and Phil have joined forces to walk the 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon) in 72 hours. Traditionally the climb is undertaken in 24 hours but Phil Packer suffered life changing spinal injuries in Iraq in February 2008 and was told by doctors that he would not walk again.

Completing the team, Sir Steve Redgrave, Sir Clive Woodward join Kate and Phil for the final climb of Mount Snowdon. There'll also be reports on Sport Relief projects in Wales and Kenya.
