The Best Time of The Day Show, with the Album and Record of the Week, Lester's Library and the Listeners' Library features.

On the show this morning, Alex opens Reality TV Star Academy, a school which teaches its pupils the tricks of how to maintain fame without having a talent. There are more tales of kicking yourself with hindsight; moments in history you missed because of something far less significant. Plus, Alex is trying to turning to turn himself into a "bad boy" in a desperate bid to cause a media frenzy with his antics and gain extra publicity for the show. He has already started wiping his nose on his sleeve and is now carrying a catapult in his pocket.
