Metrobank, the first new full service high street bank in nearly 100 years, is set to open. The Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao is defending the policy of pegging its currency to the falling dollar. And the Consumer Credit Council Service says an increasing number of people are unable to pay back debts and are struggling to meet basic living costs.
