Josie d'Arby investigates a property developer accused of exploiting his Polish workforce; the battle to save a Somerset tipple; and birdwatching on the West Sedgemoor reserve.
Josie d'Arby investigates a millionaire property developer in Somerset accused of exploiting his Polish workforce. Specialising in renovations of upmarket country houses, his properties have been viewed by celebrities including Victoria Beckham and Robbie Williams. But, behind the scenes, many of his workers say they've been forced to live in unsuitable accommodation and haven't always been paid the wages they were promised.
Plus... the cider brandy-maker fighting for the survival of his business. How EU regulations could make Somerset's famous tipple illegal.
Naturalist Nick Baker visits the West Sedgemoor wetlands near Glastonbury to admire the winter wildlife spectacle.
