The essential guide to Welsh life with Lucy and Rhodri Owen.

When we're house hunting and shopping around for a mortgage, most of us are looking for the cheapest deal with the lowest fees and interest rates. However, for many people, their decision isn't only based on cost. Lucy Owen has been discovering why faith and ethical considerations are so important in the financial decisions of many Welsh families, and she meets a Muslim family and an Islamic finance expert to find out more about Sharia-compliant mortgages.

Rhodri Owen pays another visit to the residents of Portland Street, Abertillery, to see how they're progressing in their quest to improve their health and fitness. Even though the street is surrounded by mountains and beautiful landscapes, the volunteers admit that in the past, they haven't made the most of the great outdoors. Can street resident and nature-lover Ivor Beynon convince his neighbours to explore the delights on their doorstep?

In Five Minute Medic, Lucy tackles another first aid emergency as she finds out whether the people of Haverfordwest would know how to treat someone who'd had a stroke, a condition which causes the death of around 3000 people in Wales each year.
