As it's the programme's fifth birthday, Steve has some special live guests in the studio and a live session from The Lancashire Hot Pots! Plus, Friendship join Lammo as this week's New Favourite Band.

It's the middle of the week and as always Wednesday sees Lammo welcome another New Favourite Band into the studio. This week its London duo Friendship. Wednesday also sees Steve chatting with another Good Day Bad Day Caller to find out about their musical history. They'll be another National Anthem, the final Lost 45 of the week and, as it's the programmes 5th Birthday some special live guests in the studio with Steve! Plus, music from the likes of Embrace, Grandmaster Flash and We Are Scientists.
