Chrissie finds Sacha's mother overwhelming and can't see herself as part of the family. Jac's hard front disappears when she thinks her mother has remembered her birthday.
Chrissie tries to embrace Sacha's family, but finds it all too much. She must decide if Sacha can ever be part of baby Daniel's life. Will they be a family?
It's the day of Jac's kidney transplant and also her birthday. Jac tries to hide this from Paula but someone can't help letting the cat out of the bag.
Michael tries to exert his DOS authority over Ric and a patient complains. Cunningham is not happy and decides the DOS job will be a power-share from now on.
