Series following The Restaurant runners-up James and Ali as they take on six challenging fine dining events. They have spent the last nine months training under Raymond Blanc and now they are ready to step out of the professional kitchen into the real world.

James and Ali join the corporate world, catering for design company clients with an ambitious brief. Six courses for 75 guests is tough enough, but James and Ali need to serve it in just two hours, on a luxury yacht, sailing down the Thames. Have they bitten off more than they can chew?
