Oliver gets the promotion to F2 he's been waiting for, but shoulders too much responsibility and blows Penny's secret. Meanwhile, Mark is tempted by the CEO job.
Ollie gets his F2 placement on Darwin, but Elliot warns him to stay professional, especially with Penny around. When he finds himself backed into a corner, Ollie's survival instincts kick in and he lets her down badly. She will struggle to impress Connie from now on.
Mark takes on the cause of a young footballer who needs special laser treatment. After winning round Elliot and the deputy CEO, he realises promotion might be a good idea after all.
Maria finds herself propping up Donna yet again. She realises she needs to progress but the only job available is the Keller sister job - and Donna has applied for that.
