Alex Inglis speaks to Victoria about the murder of his severely disabled 22-year-old brother by their mother who had injected him with a lethal shot of heroin.
Four months ago Frances Inglis was convicted of murder, given a life sentence and told she must spend a minimum of nine years in jail. She had injected her severely disabled 22-year-old son Thomas with a lethal shot of heroin.
In his first interview since the case, Alex Inglis (Thomas' brother and Frances' other son) speaks to Victoria, saying he considered doing the same thing and wants a change in the law to protect people like his mum.
The inquest into those who died in the 7th July bombings will look into possible failings by police and MI5. Victoria hears from survivors and relatives of some of the victims.
Following proposals to give defendants in rape trials anonymity, Peter Bacon, who changed his identity and moved to Malaysia after being cleared of rape last year, tells us about the impact of having his name made public.
