The pitch is watered, the teams are prepared, the crowd are expectant. Friday is the final of the Britpop World Cup. We've been pairing off the teams since the draw on Monday and now we're down to the final two teams. Who will emerge victorious? Oasis? Supergrass? ...... Space? Join The Boy Lamacq and Voice Of God Mark Sutherland as they determine who will be crowned Britpop World Cup Winners.

Friday also sees the usual Good Day Bad Day caller on the phone chatting about their musical history and picking two songs to play. Plus we'll set up another National Anthem and met another unsigned band in 6Music Unsigned. All this and some extraordinary music to get the weekend started from the likes of The Walker Brothers, The Walkmen and The Wannadies.
