Iran's President says he won't enter talks on Iran's nuclear programme and US government scientists criticise BP.
The Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, says he will not agree to talks on Iran's nuclear programme if the UN Security Council imposes new sanctions on his country this week. Former Iranian Ambassador Dr Mansour Farhan speaks to Rhod Sharp.
US government scientists say tests have confirmed that underwater oil plumes from the leaking well in the Gulf of Mexico have spread more than 70 kilometres from the site of the disaster. Dr Ian MacDonald, Professor of Biological Oceanography at Florida State University, is heavily critical of BP.
