It's the final of Junior Apprentice. Four tycoons of tomorrow remain to compete for the ultimate prize: a 25,000 pound tailor-made fund to kick-start their business career. The final task test the candidates' commercial nous, creativity, teamwork and potential. All have worked hard to reach this stage, but only one can become the first-ever Junior Apprentice.
Lord Sugar calls the candidates to the London Aquarium's famous shark tank for their final briefing: they must develop their own brand of bottled water. In the UK, the water market is worth billions but it's already flooded with brand names. How can the teams make their brand stand out? What will it be called and which consumers will they target?
It's the toughest task yet but the finalists aren't alone: the six fired candidates return to offer their help. Will they come through for their project managers or will they disrupt their golden opportunity? The teams must present their water brand to industry experts, advertising executives and the ultimate judge, Lord Sugar.
With so much at stake, emotions are stretched with the realisation that there are no more chances to impress. In the boardroom it's bad news for three but good news for one. Lord Sugar's search for his first Junior Apprentice is over, and one candidate walks away with 25,000 pounds.
