Adam Henson and Ellie Harrison are in the picturesque Vale of Evesham, for the annual asparagus harvest. Adam gets busy taking this iconic crop to auction and helps a family determined to live the good life on their small-holding. Ellie gets close to some of nature's newest arrivals at a wildlife rescue centre, as well as finding out how flood defences on the River Avon are helping the flora and fauna that make this place so special.

John Craven is in the West Country investigating why raw sewage is being allowed to pollute the seas just off some of our most popular resorts. And he discovers that cleaning up our coast isn't as straightforward as it sounds.

Jules Hudson is all at sea with a team of women rowers determined to get into the record books.
